Who I Am
I am a Registered Nurse, Patient Advocate, Certified Aging Life Care Manager, Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant — and the founder of multiple successful concierge nursing, home care and care management businesses.
I started my nursing career as an RN at UCLA in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit and as a member of their ICU Resource Team. I later went on to apply my nursing experience to found such businesses as Heal at Home, RN Care Consultants, Heal at Home Nursing, Nurses Onsite, and Call-Light.

With decades of experience in elder care, home care and entrepreneurship, I am passionate about empowering nurses and families through education and advocacy. In addition to helping families create care management plans for their aging loved ones, I also mentor nurses who want to start or scale their own concierge nursing business or care management practice.

As a Certified Aging Life Care Manager, Courtney works with families to create personalized care plans, help navigate medical and legal systems, and provide education and resources. She also helps keep families of her clients out of court when they can’t agree on anything.

As an experienced nurse entrepreneur with multiple successful businesses, Courtney offers nurses one-on-one mentoring on how to start their own concierge nursing, home care agency, legal nurse consulting or care management practice.
